Ingredients

The bread

  • 1 loaf French bread

The pesto

  • ½ cup pesto

The cheese

  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Cut the loaf of bread lengthwise and place both halves on the baking sheet.
  3. Spread ¼ cup of pesto on each half of the bread.
  4. Top each half with 1 cup of shredded mozzarella.
  5. Bake until the edges are golden brown, about 20 minutes.
