Ingredients

  • ½ whole ripe banana
  • 10 pieces baby cut carrots
  • 1 small raw beet, grated
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • ¼ cup 1% fat cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup egg whites
  • ½ cup soy milk
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1 tbsp raw sunflower seeds
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a drinking glass and enjoy.
