Ingredients

The batter

  • 2 eggs eggs
  • ΒΌ cup egg whites
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour

For the waffle iron

  • as needed butter or non-dairy butter

Instructions

  1. Blend eggs, egg whites, and bananas until smooth.
  2. Mix in the coconut flour and blend again until combined.
  3. Chill the batter in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  4. Preheat the waffle maker and grease it with butter or vegan spread.
  5. Pour the batter into the waffle maker and cook until golden brown.
  6. Serve immediately or cool and store for later.
