Instructions
- Preheat the waffle iron and grease it with your chosen fat.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flax meal and warm water, then set aside to thicken.
- In another bowl, combine the mashed bananas, almond butter, and coconut milk.
- Once the flax mixture has thickened, add it to the other ingredients and mix well.
- Follow your waffle iron's instructions for cooking the waffles.
- Once cooked, place the waffles on a plate in the oven on 'keep warm' while you finish the batch.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
