Ingredients

The banana popsicles

  • 4 large fresh bananas
  • 1 cup nonfat Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • mini none semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 16 none popsicle sticks

The banana popsicle mummies

  • cup creamy natural peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Peel and slice 2 bananas in half, then cut each half lengthwise to create long pieces.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks into the banana pieces and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Cut the ends off the remaining 2 bananas and slice them into 3 equal pieces.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks into each round piece and place on the baking sheet.
  6. Freeze all banana pops for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  7. Mix the yogurt and powdered sugar in a bowl.
  8. Dip the frozen banana pieces into the yogurt mixture and return to the baking sheet.
  9. Add chocolate chips for the eyes on the ghost pops.
  10. For the mummies, heat the peanut butter until smooth and drizzle it over the banana pieces.
  11. Add chocolate chips for the eyes on the mummies.
  12. Return to the freezer for an additional 30 minutes before serving.
