boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Instructions
- Combine sour cream, lime peel, and lime juice in a small bowl. In another bowl, mix slaw ingredients and chill both until serving.
- Cut each chicken breast in half widthwise and flatten to ½ inch thickness. Sprinkle with seasonings.
- Lightly coat the grill rack with oil and grill chicken over medium heat for 4 to 7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Grill rolls cut sides down for 30-60 seconds until toasted. Serve chicken on rolls with lettuce, tomatoes, and slaw.
