Instructions
- Prepare the garlic by cutting the top off the bulb, coating with olive oil, wrapping in foil, and baking at 400°F for 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, parmesan cheese, egg, melted butter, red pepper flakes, black pepper, basil flakes, garlic powder, and sea salt. Mix well and form into patties.
- Cook the patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, adding gouda cheese on top after flipping.
- For the aioli, mix the mashed roasted garlic, mayo, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, fresh basil, olive oil, and sea salt until smooth.
- Assemble the sliders by spreading Dijon mustard on the bottom bun, adding arugula, the chicken patty, smashed garlic, red onion, and aioli, then topping with the top bun.
