Ingredients

The sliders

  • 8 ounces vegetarian chicken
  • 1 unit avocado
  • 1 unit lime
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Toppings

  • to taste sliced red onion
  • to taste sliced tomato
  • to taste pickled jalapenos
  • to taste shredded lettuce
  • to taste toasted slider buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the vegetarian chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until heated through.
  3. In a bowl, mash the avocado and mix in lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the avocado mixture on the toasted slider buns.
  5. Add lettuce to the bottom halves of the buns.
  6. Top with veggie chicken, tomato slices, red onion, jalapeno, and the top halves of the buns.
