Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the vegetarian chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until heated through.
- In a bowl, mash the avocado and mix in lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the avocado mixture on the toasted slider buns.
- Add lettuce to the bottom halves of the buns.
- Top with veggie chicken, tomato slices, red onion, jalapeno, and the top halves of the buns.
