Instructions
- Squeeze the sausage from the casings into a large skillet and cook over medium heat until browned, breaking it into pieces as it cooks.
- While the sausage cooks, remove the stems from the kale and slice it into thin strips, then rinse the kale.
- Add the kale to the skillet and stir until it wilts.
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas, then add them to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Pour the marinara sauce over the mixture and top with shredded cheese.
- Cover the skillet and let it simmer until the cheese is melted.
