Instructions
- Marinate the steak in a mixture of soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic, jalapeno, lime juice, orange juice, and sesame oil for at least 1 hour.
- Grill the pineapple until charred, then dice it and mix with tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, sesame oil, and salt to make the pico de gallo.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare the fries by cutting potatoes into thin strips, tossing them with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then baking until crispy.
- Sear the marinated steak on a hot grill until cooked to your liking, then let it rest and slice thinly.
- Assemble the fries by layering them with cheese, sliced steak, and toppings like pico de gallo, avocado, and cilantro.
