Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients and marinate the meat for at least 4 hours, ideally up to 24 hours.
- Preheat the broiler and cook the marinated meat on a foil-lined baking sheet for 4 to 6 minutes per side until desired doneness.
- Let the meat rest for 10 minutes before slicing it against the grain.
- Bake the frozen fries according to package instructions until just done.
- Set the oven to 350°F and pile the cooked fries in a skillet or on a baking sheet.
- Top the fries with carne asada and cheese, then return to the oven until the cheese melts.
- Add pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole, cilantro, and jalapenos before serving.
