Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare a mini muffin pan.
- Sift together the flour, sugar, and cocoa powder in a large bowl, then mix in the baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, yogurt, and vanilla until smooth, then mix in the melted butter.
- Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into the mini muffin tins, filling them about ¾ full, and bake for 10 minutes.
- Allow the donut holes to cool slightly before glazing.
- Prepare the glaze by sifting the confectioners' sugar and mixing it with cream, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Dunk each warm donut hole into the glaze multiple times for a thicker coating.
