Ingredients

The dough

  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 6.5 ounces vanilla yogurt

The glaze

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
  2. Combine the flour and vanilla yogurt in a bowl until a thick dough forms.
  3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead it several times.
  4. Roll the dough into small balls (12-15) and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. While cooling, whisk together powdered sugar and milk to create a glaze.
  7. Dip each donut hole in the glaze and place on a lined plate to firm up.
