Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
- In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients and melted butter.
- Combine the dry and wet ingredients until fully incorporated.
- Heat oil in a pot to 375°F (175°C).
- Fry spoonfuls of dough in batches until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain the fried donut holes on paper towels.
- Prepare the glaze by whisking powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Glaze the donut holes or roll them in cinnamon sugar while warm.
