Creamy Baked Cheese Grits Casserole

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8x8 casserole dish.
- Boil water or broth with salt in a large saucepan.
- Slowly add the grits while stirring constantly.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 25 minutes, whisking occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of cheese until melted, then let cool slightly.
- Whisk in the beaten eggs.
- Transfer mixture to the casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
