Broccoli Au Gratin

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Blanch fresh broccoli in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to ice water to stop cooking.
- Drain and dry the broccoli.
- Melt butter in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add cream cheese, heavy cream, and ½ cup of grated cheddar cheese to the pan, stirring until melted.
- Season the sauce with onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Arrange the drained broccoli in a baking dish and pour the cheese sauce over it.
- Top with remaining cheddar, parmesan, and breadcrumbs, then spray with cooking oil.
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, broiling for 1-3 minutes for a crisp top if desired.
- Cool before serving.
