Honey Orange Chicken

The sauce

Instructions
- Debone the chicken thighs, keeping the skin on, and mix with cooking wine and soy sauce.
- Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
- Heat a skillet and pan-fry the chicken skin side down until browned on both sides, then transfer to a serving platter.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until slightly browned, then return the chicken and add the sauce.
- Cook on low heat until the sauce reduces slightly, then garnish with parsley and sesame seeds before serving.
