Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
- In a bowl, mix the apples, cranberries, and lime juice.
- Sprinkle the flour, cinnamon, coconut sugar, and maple syrup over the fruit mixture and combine.
- Pour the filling into a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
- In another bowl, mix all the crisp topping ingredients except the vegan butter.
- Add the butter and use your fingers to crumble it into the mixture until it is crumbly.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the fruit filling.
- Bake for 45 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
