Simple Spring Cranberry Apple Crisp

The oat crumble

unsalted vegan butter, cut into pieces, frozen or cold
Instructions
- Prepare the crumble by mixing all ingredients except the butter until combined, then add butter and mix until large clumps form. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Combine all filling ingredients in a large mixing bowl, stir well, and let sit for up to 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Add the filling to the baking dish, leaving excess juices behind, and top with the crumble mixture.
- Bake for one hour or until the topping is golden brown and bubbling. Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
