Instructions
- Prepare the dough by mixing flour, sugar, instant yeast, and salt, then adding warm milk and mixing well.
- Beat eggs with vanilla, add to the dough mixture, and incorporate.
- Gradually add butter and knead until smooth, then let the dough rise covered for at least 2 hours.
- Make the cinnamon filling by mixing butter, cinnamon, brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Cook the apple filling ingredients in a saucepan until thickened, then let cool.
- Roll out the dough, spread the cinnamon filling, then the apple filling evenly over it.
- Roll the dough tightly, slice into 12 pieces, and place in a greased baking pan.
- Cover and let rise for 45 minutes, then bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 28-30 minutes.
- Prepare the cream cheese glaze by mixing all glaze ingredients until smooth.
- Spread the glaze over the warm rolls and serve.
