Ingredients

  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano

  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mason jar, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Stir well with a whisk or spoon, or secure the lid and shake until emulsified.
  3. Let the dressing rest for at least 10 minutes before serving to meld the flavors.
  4. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
