Spiced Eggnog Muffins

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Grease two muffin tins or line with paper bake cups.
- In a medium bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and nutmeg; make a well in the center.
- In another bowl, combine eggs, eggnog, melted butter, and vanilla; add this mixture to the flour mixture all at once.
- Stir until just moistened; the batter should be lumpy.
- Spoon the batter into prepared muffin cups, filling each a little over two-thirds full.
- Sprinkle the streusel topping over the batter in the cups.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool in the muffin cups for 5 minutes, then remove and serve warm.
