Sweet and Spicy BBQ Smoked Nuts

BBQ Rub Ingredients

smoked coarsely ground black pepper

ground coriander

Instructions
- Soak the nuts in water for 10 minutes, then remove and pat dry.
- Combine the rub ingredients in a large bowl.
- Toss the nuts in the rub to coat them evenly.
- Place the nuts on a frog mat and smoke for 45 minutes at 250 degrees.
