Easy Gluten Free Homemade Pizza Bowls

Instructions
- Slice the onions and cook in a dry skillet on medium-high for 5 minutes until they start to brown.
- Add oil or butter and cook for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until caramelized.
- Preheat the oven or toaster oven to 400°F and toast the pizza crust for 5 minutes.
- Finely chop or grind the pre-cooked chicken sausage and warm it in a skillet or microwave.
- Cook the spinach in a skillet or microwave with a tablespoon of water until wilted, then remove.
- Warm the goat cheese until melted, either in the microwave or on the stovetop.
- Slice the tomatoes and mince the garlic, then place them on top of the pizza crust slices.
- Arrange the spinach, goat cheese, sausage, and caramelized onions in small bowls or one large bowl.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve with the tomato garlic pizza crust slices.
