Instructions
- 1. Proof the yeast in warm milk with a pinch of sugar for 10-15 minutes until foamy.
- 2. Mix the dough ingredients in a bowl until a sticky dough forms, then knead until smooth.
- 3. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl covered with a towel for 1 to 1.5 hours until doubled in size.
- 4. Roll out the dough, spread with butter and cinnamon sugar, then roll tightly and slice into quarters.
- 5. Allow the rolls to rise again for 45 minutes to 1 hour until fluffy.
- 6. Bake the rolls at 375°F for 15-22 minutes until golden, then frost with cream cheese frosting.
