Ingredients

  • ½ cup mirin

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
  2. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then reduce to low and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
  4. Transfer to a container for storage.
