Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9x13-inch pan.
- Melt the butter, chocolate chips, and cocoa in a microwave-safe bowl or on the stovetop until smooth.
- Mix in the brown sugar and granulated sugar until combined.
- Add the vanilla and egg yolk, mixing until well combined.
- Stir in the baking soda and salt.
- Incorporate the shredded zucchini until evenly mixed.
- Add the flour and one cup of chocolate chips, stirring until just combined.
- Spread the batter in the prepared pan and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are set and the center is soft.
- Let cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
