Zucchini Brownies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare an 8x8 inch baking pan.
- Grate the zucchini and lightly pat it to remove some moisture.
- In a large bowl, mix together the coconut oil, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla. Stir in the zucchini.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir to combine. Fold in the chocolate.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely before removing from the pan.
