Instructions
- Whisk together chia seeds, milk, vanilla extract, sweetener, and salt in a medium glass bowl.
- Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes, then whisk again.
- Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
- Blend mango, milk or water, and sweetener until smooth.
- Scoop chia seed pudding into dessert glasses and top with mango puree.
- Garnish with fresh berries and mint.
