Mango Breakfast Chia Pudding

Instructions
- Combine the chia seeds with the mango puree and stir well.
- Add the almond milk and stir again.
- Allow to sit for 15 - 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chia seeds bloom and soften.
- Alternatively, prepare this the night before for an overnight breakfast.
- Just before serving, top with your chosen toppings.
