Instructions
- Combine the dough kit ingredients with lukewarm water and stir until combined.
- Knead the dough for about 3 minutes until soft and smooth, then let it rise until doubled.
- Divide the dough into 8-10 portions and flatten them into discs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan to 375 degrees F and fry the dough discs until golden brown.
- Transfer the fried discs to a baking sheet to drain.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Top each disc with pizza sauce and cheese, then bake until the cheese melts.
- Allow guests to add their desired toppings.
