Instructions
- Make the pizza dough according to the package directions and let it rise for 45 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 6 sections, roll each into a ball, and flatten into a pizza shape.
- Heat oil in a large skillet to about 1 inch deep and test readiness with a drop of water.
- Fry each pizza for 30 seconds to 1 minute until golden brown, flipping to cook both sides.
- Transfer fried pizzas to a paper towel lined pan to cool.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F. Top each pizza with sauce, cheese, and desired toppings.
- Bake for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted, then serve warm.
