Homemade Maple Cranberry Sauce

Instructions
- Heat a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Add cranberries, maple syrup, orange zest, orange juice, vanilla extract, and cinnamon stick.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally for about 5-7 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium and cook until cranberries burst and break down, about 15-20 minutes.
- Taste the sauce and add more syrup if it's too tart.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Serve.
