Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and powdered milk.
- In an electric mixer, whip together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then blend in the sour cream and vanilla.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until combined.
- Butter a 13 by 9-inch baking dish and press the cookie dough evenly into the dish.
- Bake for 17 to 21 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely before frosting with cream cheese frosting.
- For the frosting, whip together cream cheese and butter until fluffy, then stir in vanilla and gradually add powdered sugar until fluffy.
