Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a 2½-quart or larger baking dish, combine the rice, butter, and salt.
- Stir in the boiling water until the butter is melted.
- Cover the dish tightly and bake until the water is absorbed and the rice is tender, about 30 to 35 minutes.
- Fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
