Instructions
- Prepare the dough by mixing yeast and sugar, then adding warm milk and letting it sit until frothy.
- Incorporate butter, egg, flour, salt, garlic powder, and rosemary, mixing until combined.
- Knead the dough until soft and elastic, then let it rise in a greased bowl until doubled in size.
- Make the filling by mixing soft butter with rosemary, parsley, garlic, and salt.
- Punch down the dough, divide it into 12 pieces, and flatten each into a circle.
- Spread filling on each circle, sprinkle with cheese, and fold them in half.
- Arrange the folded circles in a greased loaf pan and allow them to rise until puffy.
- Preheat the oven and bake the bread until golden brown.
- Cool the bread slightly before serving.
