Easy Chicken Quesadillas

Instructions
- 1. Place the chopped chicken in a zip-top bag with the southwest seasoning, seal, and shake to coat.
- 2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, add the chicken, and cook for 4-6 minutes until cooked through.
- 3. On a clean surface, place a Flatout flatbread and sprinkle ½ ounce of cheese over half of it.
- 4. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of salsa over the cheese and add ¼ of the cooked chicken, then sprinkle another ½ ounce of cheese on top.
- 5. Fold the flatbread over to form a quesadilla and repeat with the remaining ingredients.
- 6. Lightly mist both sides of the quesadillas with cooking spray and cook on a griddle or skillet for about 2 minutes on each side until golden and cheese is melted.
- 7. Cut each quesadilla into triangles and serve.
