Ingredients

  • 3 cups old fashioned oats
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • cup honey
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, salt, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
  3. 3. Stir in the peanut butter, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla until fully combined.
  4. 4. Press the mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread it into a flat layer.
  5. 5. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until it starts to turn golden brown.
  6. 6. Let the granola cool completely before breaking it apart into desired sized pieces.
  7. 7. Store in an airtight container on the counter.
