Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, salt, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
- 3. Stir in the peanut butter, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla until fully combined.
- 4. Press the mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread it into a flat layer.
- 5. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until it starts to turn golden brown.
- 6. Let the granola cool completely before breaking it apart into desired sized pieces.
- 7. Store in an airtight container on the counter.
