Butternut Breakfast Meatballs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the butternut squash into large cubes and chop it into small bits using a food processor.
- Chop the onion and mushrooms into bits and add them to the bowl with the squash.
- Add the sausage, rosemary, paprika, and cinnamon to the bowl and mix everything together with your hands.
- Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the lined baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool for a few minutes, and serve.
