Bacon & Breakfast Sausage Meatballs

Instructions
- Cook the diced bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and let cool on a paper towel.
- Place the ground sausage in a mixing bowl.
- Chop, grate, or food process the onion, mushrooms, and parsnip, then add them to the bowl with the sausage.
- Add the cooked bacon and sage to the mixing bowl and combine all ingredients.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy with your choice of sides.
