Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the ground pork, turkey, minced garlic, chopped spinach, chopped basil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the finely diced apricots to the mixture and mix everything with your hands until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 15 meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for about 13-15 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
