Ingredients

The vegetables

  • 1 bunch asparagus

The seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon celtic sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Line asparagus spears side-by-side in a single layer in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  3. Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Shake the pan to roll the asparagus a half-turn.
  5. Roast in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes until the tips start to brown.
  6. Cool for a few minutes and then serve.
