Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- Chop or tear the bread into cubes and place them in the baking dish.
- In a medium bowl or blender, combine the chocolate banana milk, bananas, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon, and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture evenly over the bread cubes and top with chocolate chips. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until a knife comes out clean. Allow it to cool in the pan on a wire rack before serving.
