Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl or resealable bag.
- Add the tri tip to the marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 24 hours.
- Cook the tri tip by grilling, broiling, or pan cooking as desired.
- Let the meat rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing against the grain and serving.
