Instructions
- Make the sugar-free sweetened condensed milk and let it cool.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C).
- Prepare the almond flour pie crust and let it cool.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, egg yolks, and salt until smooth.
- Whisk in the lime juice and lime zest until smooth.
- Taste the filling and adjust sweetness with Besti Powdered if needed.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top, covering the edges with foil.
- Bake for 15 minutes; the filling will still be runny.
- Cool for 30 minutes at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours until set.
