Hot Honey Butter

salted butter, melted

Instructions
- 1. Whisk together the hot sauce and honey to make the marinade.
- 2. Coat the cubed chicken in the marinade and let it sit for 1 hour.
- 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- 4. Skewer the marinated chicken to make kabobs.
- 5. Whisk together the hot honey butter ingredients and reserve half for serving.
- 6. Brush the chicken and grill grates with avocado oil and grill the chicken for 5 minutes with the lid closed.
- 7. Brush with hot honey butter, flip, and grill for another 5 minutes.
- 8. Baste and flip again, grilling for an additional 2-5 minutes until the chicken reaches 165ºF.
- 9. Brush with hot honey butter before serving.
