Grilled Caprese Toast with Burrata Cheese + Grilled Avocados

Instructions
- Prepare the balsamic drizzle by combining balsamic vinegar and brown sugar in a saucepan, bring to a boil, then simmer until reduced by half.
- Preheat the grill or oven to high heat.
- Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the bread slices and rub with the halved garlic clove, then season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil on the avocado slices and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the bread and avocado slices for about 2-3 minutes per side until lightly charred.
- Cut the burrata and distribute it on the grilled toast, then top with fresh basil, grilled avocado slices, and tomato slices.
- Drizzle with more olive oil and serve with the balsamic drizzle.
