The tofu and marinade

peanut oil
Instructions
Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water.
Prepare the marinade by mixing vegetable broth, soy sauce, vinegar, and pepper in a dish.
Slice the pressed tofu into 5-6 rectangles and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Set up three bowls: one with flour mixed with salt and pepper, one with soy milk, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with spices.
Coat each piece of marinated tofu in flour, then dip in milk, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat peanut oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
Fry the tofu pieces until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
Transfer cooked tofu to a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil and serve immediately.
