Greek Burger

Instructions
- Combine the ground beef, grated onion, pressed garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, olive oil, parsley, mint, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Mix the ingredients together until fully combined.
- Divide the mixture into 12 portions and form into burger-sized patties.
- Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
- Cook 3-4 patties at a time for 3-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Serve with fresh herbs and a squeeze of lemon juice.
