Ingredients

Burger Sauce

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon ground pepper

Burger Patty

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons cold salted butter, grated
  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil

Other Toppings

  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 pieces hamburger buns
  • 2 tablespoons caramelized onions
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 1 cup dill pickle rounds

Instructions

  1. Prepare the burger sauce by whisking all sauce ingredients together and refrigerate.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef with spices, Worcestershire sauce, and dijon mustard, then mix in grated cold butter.
  3. Form the meat mixture into four balls and flatten them into patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the patties for 2-3 minutes on each side, adding cheese on top before flipping.
  5. Assemble the burgers by placing patties on buns and adding sauce, onions, tomato, and pickles.
