Instructions
- Prepare the burger sauce by whisking all sauce ingredients together and refrigerate.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef with spices, Worcestershire sauce, and dijon mustard, then mix in grated cold butter.
- Form the meat mixture into four balls and flatten them into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the patties for 2-3 minutes on each side, adding cheese on top before flipping.
- Assemble the burgers by placing patties on buns and adding sauce, onions, tomato, and pickles.
